Pasta casserole in ramekins
30 day macaroni (threads or spaghetti), 30 a dag of Kraków sausage or sausages, 6 heaped spoons of grated cheese, 1 spoon of thick tomato puree, 3 tablespoons of oil, 2 haha, 2 spoons of ketchup sauce, salt, fat for lubricating the vessels, salt
Break the pasta, boil in salted water, drain and pour boiling water. Peel the sausages or sausages, procrastinate, briefly fry in hot oil. Capillaries (portion rams or - if you have - natural shells) grease. Combine the pasta in a larger vessel, sausage, tomato puree and beaten eggs, add 3 tablespoons of grated cheese, mix and spread into ramekins.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in a well-pre-heated oven (ok. 20 min.). Before serving, garnish with a blot of ketchup and grated cheese. Serve with tomato salad.
You can also bake in one larger heat-resistant dish.
5 medium-sized bulbs, 10 a dag of smoked bacon, 4 flat spoons of grated yellow cheese, 2 spoons of butter or margarine, 8 thin slices of Parisian roll, half a glass of white wine, half a glass of water, 1 a heaped tablespoon of flour 'salt, pepper
Slice the peeled onion into slices, lightly brown in half the fat, then sprinkle with flour and wait until it turns golden. Pour with wine mixed with water, Cook 3 min. over low heat and season with salt and pepper. Brown the roll on both sides in butter, put a slice of bacon of the same size between two slices. Put some onions at the bottom of heat-resistant dishes, greased with fat, for it - croutons with bacon and cover with a layer of onion with sauce. Sprinkle the surface with grated cheese and bake 25 min. in a hot oven.
