Almond cakes

40 a dag of butter or margarine, 8 jaj, 2 yolks, 40 day of sugar, 21/2 a dag of sweet almonds, 1-3 pieces of bitter almonds, 40 a dag of flour, 10 a dag of small raisins, sheet grease

Cream the butter until it is foamy and mix with the eggs, sugar, finely chopped (previously peeled) almonds and flour. Mash everything until smooth, spread small piles on a greased baking tray, brush with egg yolks, sprinkle with raisins (almonds may also be chopped) and bake at a very moderate temperature, until the dough turns yellow.

 

Ginger cookies

2 haha, 2 yolks, 25 dag sugar powder, spoon of powdered ginger, 25-30 a dag of flour

Place the eggs and yolks in a porcelain bowl. Add sugar, put the bowl into a saucepan with cold water, which I put on medium heat. Beat the contents with a spring whisk for as long, until the water in the saucepan boils. Then remove the bowl, add ginger and mash the cream, until it cools down. Pour the flour into the cooled one and knead the dough very carefully, then roll them out thinly on the board. Cut out the cookies with the molds, place on a slightly greased baking sheet and bake in a well-heated oven until dark golden.

 

Baked dumplings

20 a dag of cottage cheese, 6 a dag of grated cheese, a bunch of green parsley, 20 a dag of flour, 2 haha, 2 spoons of butter or margarine, spoon of cream, a pinch of grated nutmeg, salt, pepper, spoon of oil or olive oil

Wipe the curd through a strainer, add half of the grated yellow cheese, finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper and grated scoop and mix until homogeneous. Knead the dough from flour and eggs, roll it out thinly, cut out small circles with a glass, place a ball on each one and stick the dumplings together. Put them in salted water with the addition of a tablespoon of oil. After flowing out, remove the dumplings on a colander and pour boiling water over them.

Prepare the dumplings in advance and store them covered with a slightly damp cloth. On 15 min. put them into heat-resistant dishes before serving, pour over the sauce prepared from the rest of the cheese, cream and melted butter. Bake in a preheated oven 15 min.
