Fish baked with zucchini and mozzarella
4 portions - 1 a serving contains approx. 330 kcal
4 salt fillets (after approx 150 g each)
1 mozzarella pack
2 garlic cloves
2 spoons of olive oil
Slice the courgettes, put in an oiled ovenproof dish and sprinkle with spices. Place the fish on the zucchini, sprinkled with salt and pepper, and on it slices of mozzarella. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the fish for approx 20 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the tomatoes, stew in olive oil with garlic. Add to the fish and bake it again 15 minutes. Serve with salad.
