Lettuce with vinaigrette sauce

• 1 fennel (fennel)
• 1 average chicory (e.g.. radicchio, endywia)
• mixed lettuce (e.g.. Roman, butter)
• 2 croutons or whole grain toast
Sos:
• 4 spoons of olive oil
• ½ lemon
• 1 a teaspoon of Dijon mustard
• 1 Garlic
• spices, eg. czushka
My favorite sauce is the vinaigrette (some olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, a teaspoon of Dijon mustard, Garlic, czushka), which can be poured: thinly sliced fennel mixed with radicchio, chicory, butter lettuce. This lettuce tastes great with crispy bread and white wine.
