Vegetable Salad
4 portions - 1 a serving contains approx. 215 kcal
• 3 large carrots
• 2 parsley
• 1 a little celery
• 1 average cf
• 1 sour apple
• 4 średnie kiszone ogórki

• 1 a teaspoon of mustard

Peeled carrot, Cook the parsley and celery whole about 20-25 minutes in lightly salted water. The vegetables should remain slightly firm. The decoction left over from cooking (rich in vitamins and minerals) can be used to prepare any soup. Take out the vegetables and leave to cool. Put the peeled and diced apple into the bowl. Add peeled and sliced pickled cucumbers and mix thoroughly with the apple, which will prevent its darkening. Add the peas, chopped cooked vegetables, eggs and finely chopped white portion of raw leek. Thoroughly mix all ingredients with mayonnaise and season with pepper and mustard. Before serving, the salad should stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour. It can be stored for up to three days.
