Chicory and feta cheese salad
6 portions - 1 a serving contains approx. 190 kcal
• 3 medium chicory
• 2 pickled cucumbers
• 1 a small jar of green olives
• 1 a small jar of capers
• 100 g enemy passes
• 4 tablespoons of oil
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1/4 of a lemon
• herbal salt to taste
Wash the chicory and cut into thick strips. Peel the cucumbers and dice them. Drain the olives, capers and feta cheese with pickle. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or put them on a large round dish. Oil, lemon juice, herbal salt and pressed garlic, prepare the sauce and pour it over the salad.
