Cheese and green vegetable salad
2 portions - 1 a serving contains approx. 245 kcal
• 8 cienkich plasterków żółtego sera light (e.g.. Gouda) (ok. 100 g)
• 1 medium broccoli
• 1 a bunch of green asparagus or 250 g green beans)
• 200 g zielonego groszku (can be from a can)
• 50 ml of natural yoghurt
• kolorowy pieprz
• posiekana natka pietruszki lub koperek
Put the beans or asparagus on the salted boiling water and cook the vegetables semi-hard for approx 10 minutes. After this time, add the broccoli, divided into small florets, and cook more 3-4 minutes. Drain in a strainer and let cool. Mix the cooked and cooled vegetables with the cheese cut into strips and peas, Combine yoghurt with lemon juice and colored pepper. Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables and sprinkle with dill or parsley.
