Potato and salmon skewers
4 portions - 1 a serving contains approx. 330 kcal
400 g of potatoes
400 g salmon fillet with parsley
1 spoon of olive oil
2 large carrots
100 ml of natural yoghurt
1 spoon of sunflower seeds
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices or leave them whole, if they are small. Put on salted boiling water and cook 10-12 minutes, so that they are not too soft. Cut the salmon into pieces, salt and sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle generously with dill and parsley. Brush the cooked potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with dill. Prepare potato and salmon skewers and grill or oven for approx 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
Serve with a salad of grated carrots, sprinkled with yoghurt sauce and sunflower seeds.
