300 g of wholemeal pasta (tubes, shells or gimlets)
1 a pack of frozen spinach

1 can of tuna in oil
20 g of grated yellow cheese salt, pepper
Cook the pasta according to the recipe on the package. Drain the tuna from the oil in a strainer.
