Chicken fillets with wild rice

200 g (2 handbags) wild rice
350 g of small chicken fillets
¼ cup of orange juice
2 spoons of orange jam
peel off 1 oranges
25 g cashew nuts
2 spoons of butter
2 spoons of olive oil
½ łyżeczki musztardy
curry,ginger, salt and pepper to taste

Boil the rice according to the recipe on the package. Rinse the chicken fillets, dry, rub with pepper, salt and fry in olive oil. Mix the jam with the orange juice, add curry, ginger, mustard and orange peel. Mix everything until it is ready, until it becomes uniform, smooth sauce. Brush the meat with the sauce, preferably using a brush, place in a baking dish and bake for approx 15 minutes. Add the nuts to the rice, pour over melted butter and mix gently. Put the fried chicken fillets on a plate, add the rice and garnish with orange peel strips. Serve with lettuce.
