Chicken in sesame
2 portions - 1 a serving contains approx. 420 kcal
100 g (1 bag) wild rice & parboiled
4 chicken thighs (ok. 300 g)
2 łyżeczki miodu
4 teaspoons of sesame
lemon juice
salt, pepper to taste
Boil the rice according to the recipe on the package. Wash the drumsticks, pat dry and rub with salt and pepper. Put them in a bowl and set aside for an hour in the fridge. Mix honey with lemon juice and sesame seeds. Rub the mixture on the legs. Place in an ovenproof dish, put in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for approx 50 minutes. Serve with rice and vegetables.
