Steak with pepper and baked potatoes

4 portions - 1 a serving contains approx. 375 kcal

4 slices of beef tenderloin approx. 140 g each
4 medium potatoes (ok. 500 g)
8 small bulbs
1/4 lemon
4 tablespoons of olive oil or grape seed oil
salt, colored pepper
1 clove of garlic

Preheat the oven to about 200 ° C. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into slices half a centimeter thick. Place the chopped potatoes in a bowl and pour a spoonful of olive oil, then mix well, so that all the slices are smeared with olive oil. Place the tray in the oven, in which the sauce will run off. Place the potatoes on the wire grill higher and bake them around 35 minutes. Pour the remaining oil into the potato pan, squeeze lemon juice, a clove of garlic squeezed through the press and coarsely ground colored pepper. Lightly tear the meat, put into the prepared marinade and coat each piece thoroughly. Place the meat next to the potatoes and add more onion. Peel the small onions and cut them into halves, and the larger ones into quarters and dip into a bowl with the remaining marinade and salt. Everything is still grilling around 20 minutes. 5 minutes before finished, salt the meat and potatoes.
