Chicken shashlik

200 g of brown rice or buckwheat
400 g chicken breast 2 onions
8 small mushrooms
1 yellow pepper
1 Red pepper
3 tablespoons of olive oil or grape seed oil
½ lemon
1 clove of garlic
salt, pepper, herbal seasoning for barbecue
Prepare the marinade in a bowl: pour in olive oil, lemon juice and a clove of garlic squeezed through the press. Put the chopped chicken breast and paprika into a bowl, sliced onion and whole mushrooms (if they are big – cut in half). Mix all ingredients, season with salt, pepper and herbs. Set aside at least for 20 minutes into the fridge.
Prepare the skewers, alternating all the ingredients on sticks, and bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C about 20-25 minutes. Serve with buckwheat or loose brown rice.
