450 g broccoli
3/4 l vegetable broth
50 g of sweet cream

According to this recipe, you can also prepare other cream soups, e.g.. from cauliflower or carrots. Cream soup will become a complete carbohydrate dish, if we eat a whole grain muffin with it.
1. Clean the broccoli, wash and divide into small pieces. Cut off the stems, peel and cut into pieces.
2. Put the vegetables into the pot and pour the broth. Cook over low heat through 15 do 18 minutes.
3. Finally, puree the soup and season with cream.
