For stronger wine: Enartis EZferm,

Prepare the syrup with 10 l of water and 2 kg of sugar. Pour over the dried fruit with slightly cooled but still hot syrup. Allow to cool and then pour into a balloon, add pectolas or pectopoly and leave for approx 6 at.

Then add lemon to the setting, medium and yeast(yeast prepared according to the recipe on the package), mix everything thoroughly and set up a fermentation tube.

After 5 – 6 days add the syrup from 1 l of water and 1 kg of sugar.

After 2 weeks, drain the must, Press the fruit out and discard. Add the syrup with 1 l of water and 1 kg of sugar to achieve more % alcohol / strong wine /.

If sediment accumulates at the bottom of the balloon, the wine should be drawn into a smaller balloon / the wine does not like oxygen / and left until fermentation is complete.

The only thing left is to clarify the wine / if necessary /, "shake out" the carbon dioxide, protect against re-fermentation and pour into bottles.

The wine should be aged for min 3 – 6 months.
