Hawthorn wine is considered to be one of the best wines made from wild fruits, wine rich in vitamin C.. Some people believe, that it is even better than wild rose house wines.

4kg of sugar for wine 17-18%

1 lemon with peel, diced

For stronger wine: Enartis EZferm,

Prepare the syrup with 10 l of water and 2 kg of sugar. Pour over the dried fruit with slightly cooled but still hot syrup. Allow to cool and then pour into a balloon, add pectolas or pectopoly and leave for approx 6 at.

Then add lemon to the setting, medium and yeast(yeast prepared according to the recipe on the package), mix everything thoroughly and set up a fermentation tube.

After 5 – 6 days add the syrup from 1 l of water and 1 kg of sugar.

If sediment accumulates at the bottom of the balloon, the wine should be drawn into a smaller balloon / the wine does not like oxygen / and left until fermentation is complete.

The wine should be aged for min 3 – 6 months.
