Introducing a series of new ones French active yeast, for the fermentation of domestic wines.

They are available:

– UNIVERSAL active wine yeast Saccharomyces Cervisie dedicated to the fermentation of all types of home wines, on 25 – 30 liters of wine.

– Active wine yeast WHITE WINES Saccharomyces Cervisie dedicated to the fermentation of all types of white wines, on 25 – 30 liters of wine.

– Active wine yeast BOURGOGNE Saccharomyces Cervisie dedicated to the fermentation of fresh and fruity red and rosé wines, on 25 – 30 liters of wine.

– STEINBERGER active wine yeast Saccharomyces Cervisie dedicated to the fermentation of fresh and fruity white and rosé wines, on 25 – 30 liters of wine.

– BORDEAUX active wine yeast Saccharomyces Cervisie dedicated to the fermentation of fresh and fruity red wines, on 25 – 30 liters of wine.

– Active wine yeast MADEIRA Saccharomyces Cervisie dedicated to aromatic fermentation, sweet / semi-sweet and strong red wines, on 25 – 30 liters of wine.

– Active wine yeast PORTWEIN Saccharomyces Cervisie dedicated to the fermentation of heavy and strong wines, sweet / semi-sweet, on 25 – 30 liters of wine.

– Active wine yeast SHERRY Saccharomyces Cervisie dedicated to the fermentation of heavy and strong white wines, sweet / semi-sweet / dry, on 25 – 30 liters of wine.

How to use wine yeast: the yeast should be mixed in a little warm water 22-250C and leave for 30 minutes. After this time, once the yeast starts working we can add it all to
tune. The yeast should start to ferment "visibly" within 10 hours.
