Lettuce with gorgonzola and nuts

4 portions - 1 a serving contains approx. 350 kcal

• 1 head of lettuce {e.g.. red)
• 1 average chicory
• 16 pieces of red grapes
• 100 g will be gorgonzola
• 50 g of peeled walnuts
• 2 tablespoons of linseed oil (or olive oil)
• 1/4 lemon juice
• garlic salt, basil
• 4 slices of wholemeal rye bread

Wash and dry the lettuce and chicory thoroughly. Tear lettuce leaves into small pieces, and cut the chicory into strips. Cut the grapes into halves, and crush or cut the cheese into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients with the nuts and pour over the olive oil sauce, lemon juice, garlic salt and basil. Serve the lettuce with a slice of wholemeal bread with soybeans or sunflower seeds.

 

Rice and kiwi salad

1 portion - 1 portion contains 250 kcal

• 50 g of brown rice
• 1 kiwi
• 1/4 melon
• 1 spoon of yogurt 1,5%

Boil the rice until it is loose. Cut the kiwi into quarter slices, and the melon in cubes. Mix all ingredients.
