Red cabbage salad with nuts
4 portions - 1 a serving contains approx. 175 kcal
• ½ a head of red cabbage (ok. 400 g)
• 100 g sultanas raisins
• 50 g of walnuts
• 5 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
• salt, sugar to taste
Chop the cabbage finely, scald with hot water, cool. Pour a few tablespoons of boiling water over the raisins and nuts, set aside, to soften. Mix the cabbage with raisins and finely chopped nuts, add yogurt, salt and sugar to taste.
