Salad with Brussels sprouts

• 150 g brussels sprouts
• ½ grejpfruta
• 50 g szynki drobiowej
• ½ cykorii
• ½ łyżeczki oliwy
• ½ łyżeczki musztardy
• przyprawy według uznania
Boil the Brussels sprouts in salted water, cool and cut into halves or quarters. Cut the grapefruit into pieces, diced sausage, and striped chicory. Mix all ingredients together. Pour over the olive oil, mix with mustard and a tablespoon of water. Add spices.
